Cathy Gonzales is an Account Executive with over two decades of experience in the commercial insurance industry. Cathy has specialized in the nutraceutical/dietary supplement industry since 2015, when she began working with Specialty Insurance Partners. This job has probably been the most enjoyable of her career, and she really likes working with our clients and strives to be a good resource for all their insurance needs. In Cathy’s free time, she enjoys walking for exercise and spending time with her grandsons.

With over 11 years of experience in the insurance industry, Jill Padilla is a dedicated Account Executive at Specialty Insurance Partners in Colorado Springs. Specializing in the Home Watch, Special Districts & Nutraceutical Industries, alongside her colleague Melissa, Jill is committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring her clients’ peace of mind. Jill believes that customer service is key to building lasting relationships and delivering the best possible outcomes for her clients. Her approach is centered on understanding each client’s unique needs and offering tailored solutions that provide comprehensive coverage and security. Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two teenage children. She values family and brings the same level of care and dedication to her professional life as she does to her personal life.

Melissa McCale is an Account Manager with Specialty Insurance Partners. Melissa works closely with Jill Padilla on our National Home Watch Association and Specialty District programs among other accounts. Melissa strives to be a life-long learner and has obtained her BSBA and MBA. When Melissa is not working with her clients on their insurance needs she is traveling, cruising, or hanging out with her husband and adult children around the fire pit.

Tracy has been in the insurance industry since 2000 and has spent all of that time working in commercial insurance. Although, currently Tracy specializes mainly in commercial buildings, habitational, umbrellas, & flood, she has years of experience in several commercial lines of business. Tracy and her husband have 2 adult children, and they also just welcomed their first granddaughter which happens to also be their first grandbaby. Tracy enjoys spending time with family, reading books, and traveling – even if it’s just for a long weekend.

After being a stay-at-home mother for 20 years, Tineasia’s youngest child graduated from high school in 2021, and she decided to rejoin the business world in 2022. She found an appeal towards insurance and a passion for commercial insurance. She takes pride in helping businesses navigate the complex world of insurance. Tineasia wants to ensure that each business has the coverages needed to protect every aspect of their business. She educates business owners on the types of coverages that are available, to make sure that each business is made back whole, with minimal to no interruptions, if a loss should occur. Tineasia was born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She comes from a long line of “University of Michigan alumni, “GO Blue!”. She attended Oakland University in Michigan with a study in biochemistry. She had relocated to Colorado Springs in 2001 and enjoys spending time with all her children, reading, listening to all genres of music, decorating, and taking care of her plants. Her family means everything to her!
